Questions, answered.
What is a credit?
One credit covers roughly one turn with a standard model. Frontier models (Opus, GPT-5, Gemini 3) use more credits per turn. Unused credits don't roll over.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Paid plans switch to BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) — plug in an Anthropic or OpenAI key to keep going at cost. Free plan pauses until next month or upgrade.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard any time. Proration is automatic.
Is my data private?
Gmail, Drive, and local file access runs on-device. Nothing is stored on our servers beyond your workspace metadata and billing records.
Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?
Max is our team tier. For larger deployments with SSO, audit logs, or custom deployment, contact sales@ucoworker.com.
